To receive a confidential and bespoke treatment plan complete with costing, please contact the THTC network office in your country by clicking the “Get In Touch” button anywhere on this website. We will come back to you within 24 to 48 hours. For successful and prompt collaboration, it is important that you specify your medical issue. Your local THTC office will advise how you should securely send copies of all previous documents related to your medical needs, such as medical reports, MRI, CT, lab test results, etc. Upon receipt of this information, the THTC office director will contact THTC medical experts in Turkey. They will consider your needs and will select the best treatment option and most appropriate treatment centre or hospital for your case. The matching process might take from 1 to 7 days depending on the case complexity. After that, you will be provided with a written offer specifying the THTC recommended hospital or clinic in Turkey, attending doctor, treatment method, anticipated treatment period and approximate treatment cost.

Our services are free of charge for you. The treatment cost amount is paid by the patient directly to the chosen healthcare facility in Turkey, as agreed between the patient and the healthcare facility.

We follow our clients (the patient) throughout the treatment process. This is from initial contact, to choosing the right hospital or healthcare facility, arranging free airport transfers in Turkey, providing free interpreters (if needed) and checking on the patients at all treatment stages to ensure the best possible treatment results. Our representatives in both your home country and Turkey are available to answer your questions and queries 24/7 throughout the treatment process. After the treatment is completed, we ensure that you receive a discharge report and prescriptions from the hospital, translated into the language you choose. We then arrange your transfer to the airport in Turkey. Once you’re back home, we follow-up as required in the treatment plan, or you can contact us if you have any queries.
